Grateful Patient Program
Grateful Patient Program
Offering a hand to hold…giving a reassuring smile…going an extra step…sharing an encouraging word. Simple gestures of kindness often mean the most to us. Perhaps during your visit to one of the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease, you encountered someone who made your experience special. If so, please take a moment to let them know.
We are now offering you a way to recognize the stellar members of our team in a way that will leave a lasting legacy to the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease through our special “Grateful Patient” program. Our caregivers are able to provide excellent care because someone before you cared and gave back.
As a grateful patient, you can honor a physician, nurse, housekeeper, dietitian, laboratory technician, transporter, physical therapist, or any other caregiver who provided extraordinary service, dedication and care to the needs of you, your family and friends.
The process is very simple. Make your gift of at least $25 by clicking here or on the blue sticky note above. The individual you choose to recognize will be notified that you are honoring them (unless you would like to remain anonymous), and will receive a specially designed Certificate of Appreciation.
The impact of your gratitude is profound. This is a gift that will not only touch the life of the person you choose to honor, but also may save the lives of people whom you may never know who rely on the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease.
For more information on the Grateful Patient Program, and how you can honor those who made a difference in your care, please call the MPM Foundation at 727-462-7036.
